Hemp seeds can be eaten raw and then contain the necessary healthy features for a healthy diet. Hemp seeds contain omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and other essential amino acids. Use hemp seeds
The difference between hulled and unhulled hemp seeds is mainly in taste. Peeled hemp seeds have a neutral taste, while the unpeeled hemp seeds have a full and nutty flavor. Hempseed is suitable for use in salads, soups and smoothies. It can also be used as a base or added to humus. Unpelled hemp seeds are also used in the preparation of bread and other pasta. And hempseed is fine to eat out of hand, possibly in combination with other nuts.
